Treasury Manager

Overview

It’s an exciting time to join Meltwater’s Treasury team, as we are actively implementing initiatives that will elevate and transform our Treasury operations. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Treasury Specialist who is eager to play a critical role in our transformation journey.

In this role, you will not only act as the guardian of our cash but also drive change as a key stakeholder in strategic treasury projects. You’ll collaborate closely with a broad range of internal teams, including Accounting, Tax, FP&A, IT and others—making relationship‑building and cross‑functional coordination essential to your success.

• Ensure successful daily bank statement integration and treasury reconciliation in Kyriba platform
• Prepare and consolidate group‑level bi‑weekly mid‑term cash forecast with 13 week horizon
• Take ownership of financial accounting and cash accounting in Kyriba and its GL export interface to Net Suite
• Facilitate treasury funds transfers and payments globally
• Prepare and distribute weekly global cash position report
• Enter FX deals and external loan contracts in Kyriba
• Support in‑house bank processes
• Support ongoing optimization of Kyriba implementation
• Coordinate bank account documentation (KYC) and assist in the implementation of bank services
• Comply and assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and information
• Identify and champion AI‑driven process improvement opportunities within Treasury operations
• Leverage AI tools and assistants to improve day‑to‑day productivity in drafting, data analysis, and documentation tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 5+ years’ work experience in treasury functions
• Knowledge and experience with Kyriba as a Treasury Management System (Kyriba certification is a strong plus)
• Proven ability to collaborate across geographies and work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional and cross‑cultural environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive self‑starter who operates with a strong sense of ownership and can work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Practical familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, automation platforms) and a curiosity to explore how they can be applied to treasury and finance processes
