Retail Finance Back-Office Controller; FTC

Role Overview

Richemont is a world‑leading luxury group with houses specializing in jewelry, watches and high‑end accessories. We are looking for a Retail Back Office Controller for the Benelux & Nordics market to strengthen the finance department across our boutiques.

• In charge of accounting tasks for the department: payments reconciliation and clearing, operational support for e‑com activities such as payment methods and refunds
• Perform and monitor operational controls over sales and financial transactions of the maisons or business areas you are in charge of
• Serve as contact point for boutiques regarding operational processes and controls
• Take initiatives to improve operational efficiency related to boutique back‑of‑house operations
• Monitor inventories through cycle counts and control stock movements
• Lead or participate in market/regional projects and testing of financial flows

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Business related disciplines
• Professional experience (including internships) in a finance position (controlling, accounting, internal control) or in retail industry
• Committed, enthusiastic, agile, organized and a positive thinker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and oral)

You will report to the RBO, IC&S & Compliance Manager and collaborate with colleagues across different Richemont functions & Maisons in the market and the EU region.

The position is based in Amsterdam with occasional visits to the Benelux & Nordics region to support boutiques.
