Net Suite Finance Support Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to provide hands‑on support to the finance function within a Net Suite environment. The consultant will play a key role in stabilising, fixing, and optimising existing Net Suite finance processes, while also responding to day‑to‑day support tickets from finance and business users.

This role requires a pragmatic, solution‑oriented professional who is comfortable working in a live environment, balancing reactive support with proactive system improvements.

This requirement will require you to be able to work in Amsterdam for an initial 6 month contract.

• Act as a first or second‑line support contact for finance‑related Net Suite issues
• Manage, prioritise, and resolve support tickets related to GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue, and Reporting
• Troubleshoot system issues, configuration errors, and process breakdowns
• Liaise with end users to understand issues and provide clear guidance and resolutions

• Identify and fix configuration issues within Net Suite finance modules
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities from a system perspective
• Improve existing workflows, roles, permissions, and approval processes
• Support data corrections, reconciliations, and system clean‑ups where required
• Document fixes, changes, and standard operating procedures

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and external Net Suite partners where required
• Translate finance requirements into practical Net Suite solutions
• Provide ad‑hoc training or knowledge transfer to finance users

• Proven experience as a Net Suite Finance Consultant / Administrator / Support Analyst
• Strong understanding of core finance processes (Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash) – Coupa is a plus
• Someone who is driven, eager to learn new things and can communicate clearly
