Job Summary

Analyst Structured Lending – ING Business Banking NL (Amsterdam). Join a team of 18 specialists to support Mid Corporate clients with optimal financing structures across organic growth, acquisitions, refinancing, and restructurings.

• Analyze business models, sector trends and financial performance
• Build financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses
• Structure financing solutions tailored to client needs
• Prepare indicative and committed proposals for clients
• Support preparation of credit applications, including analysis of ratings, margins and pricing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as relationship management, Risk, Lease, Commercial Finance, Corporate Investments and Legal
• Coordinate with external parties such as debt advisors, lawyers, management teams, senior debt funds and other banks

• University degree
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
• Preferably experience with collecting and assessing client information, analyzing due diligence reports, performing business and financial analyses, and preparing credit applications
• Ideally knowledge of Asset‑Based Financing, Financial Markets products and alternative financing solutions such as direct lending and mezzanine finance
• Preferably experience in structuring transactions together with managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
