Analyst, Investment Analyst – Buyout & LBO Strategy

AURELIUS is looking for an Investment Analyst/Associate to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you’ll be involved in all stages of the investment process, from conducting due diligence to supporting transaction negotiations. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on private equity and private debt investments.

• Conduct due diligence for corporate acquisitions, analyzing financial data and business models.
• Help formulate strategic concepts and perform corporate evaluations.
• Assist in negotiating and completing transactions.
• Participate in planning and executing financing strategies.
• Support contract negotiations and exit processes.

• Excellent academic track record with a degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Transaction Services, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and understanding of IFRS/local GAAP.
• Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
