Network Coverage; NSC Intern

As an Intern on the NSC team – part of ING Wholesale Banking, based in Amsterdam and acting as the first point of contact for Dutch companies with global headquarters – you will work in a challenging and dynamic environment, becoming acquainted with many aspects of network banking business.

• Support the onboarding of new clients, obtaining relevant gatekeeper approvals, and ensuring proper client data captured in relevant internal client systems.
• Assist Relationship Managers in their daily commercial activities.
• Perform commercial assessment and analyze information about customers and markets.
• Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders and correctly implement agreements.
• Manage, monitor and promote the quality of commercial and operational services.
• Handle administrative processing and update ING systems.
• Support the KYC process in close collaboration with Relationship Managers and the KYC team.

• Curious and a quick learner.
• Well‑organized and accurate.
• Committed, responsible, energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree (HBO or university).
• Reliable team player capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining structure.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Desire to develop a good understanding of the financial industry and comfortable working proactively in an international environment.

• Internship allowance of 700
  
  EUR based on a 36‑hour work week.
