We are working on an exciting role with a leading private equity investor, based in Amsterdam, which is looking to hire an Analyst/Associate to join its large secondaries platform.

Our client is an established, international private equity investment firm which is looking to expand its secondaries team in Amsterdam. They are currently working out of a $20bn fund, and are in the process of fundraising for their ninth dedicated secondaries fund. They are looking for an Analyst/Associate to focus on screening and executing new deals across Europe. The current team works closely with colleagues across a number of international offices and this is a rare opportunity to join a truly global investment firm.

• Involvement in all elements of the secondaries deal process
• Particular responsibility for financial analysis and commercial assessment, and will also contribute to the preparation of investment memos and reports to present to the Investment Committee
• Work in a team to monitor the portfolio and the ongoing relationship management with the GPs

• Analyst/Associate level experience in a leading banking or private equity institution; long term internships are welcomed too
• This is a transaction driven role and so requires excellent analytical skills. A good understanding of private equity would be advantageous
• You do not need to be able to speak Dutch, as this is an international fund, but impeccable verbal and written English is a must
• The role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, so you must be willing to be based there full time
