About

the Fund Accounting & Reporting Department

As Fund Administrator Intern you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. The Fund Administration Department is involved in managing data related to various activities of the funds such as receivables, payables, valuation, disbursement, hedging, and more. The team is in constant communication with other departments and offices of Triple Jump around the globe. The Administration team is split between our office in Amsterdam, Netherlands and in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Responsibilities
  • The administration and bookkeeping of different investment instruments, such as debt, equity, hedge investments
  • Accounts payable and receivables of the different funds
  • Transaction monitoring, including monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, overdue management and bank account verification
  • Data verification and quality assurance: ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and consistent. This involves data validation and auditing to identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Following up on requests in relation to loan balance confirmations from investees
  • Generation of reports for the reconciliation of different type of data such as cash, financial and portfolio overviews
  • Preparation and execution of payments
  • Contributing to the optimization of processes and data capture
  • Liaising with (inter) national colleagues and clients
  • First contact with our business analyst in order to optimise and redefine processes
Requirements
  • You must be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Master of Laws or LL.M.) in the Netherlands for the full duration of the 6 month internship. (this is non‑negotiable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
