Finance Internship – Hyatt

Hyatt is looking for a motivated intern to support the Finance team in Shanghai, ASPAC.

• Assist the Finance team with day‑to‑day activities, including workflow analysis and optimization, month‑end financial reporting, and auditing department budget‑to‑actual expenses;
• Work on finance‑related projects;
• Collaborate with a dynamic team;
• Manage Accounts Receivables: send invoices to third‑party companies and suppliers;
• Maintain familiarity with all financial systems:
  Opera, IScala, Micros, and Birchstreet.

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or finance‑related study program;
• Always seeking opportunities and creative solutions;
• Hands‑on, pro‑active and enthusiastic;
• Available for five months or longer;
• Not afraid to make decisions;
• Detail‑oriented and approachable;
• Very communicative in English (preferably also Dutch);
• Holding an EU passport or a valid working permit for the Netherlands.
