Director of Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Director of Finance & Business Partner to join our leadership team. This is a key role for an experienced finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with a collaborative approach to business partnering, driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth across the operation.

About the Role As Director of Finance & Business Partner, you will oversee all financial activities while serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and department leaders. You will provide strategic insight, ensure robust financial controls, and support informed decision-making to achieve business objectives and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning

Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and senior leadership

Provide financial analysis and insights to support commercial and operational decision-making

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls

Monitor financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency

Oversee cash flow management, audits, and risk management processes

Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Support long-term business planning and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or luxury service environments

Strong financial planning, analysis, and business partnering capabilities

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Commercially focused with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights

Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards

Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Professional accounting qualification preferred
