Associate Director, Investor Relations

Our client is a growing Benelux-headquartered private markets investment firm with a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is expanding its Investor Relations function ahead of its next fundraise.

• Building and managing relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors across Europe
• Leading investor meetings and progressing relationships throughout the fundraising lifecycle
• Supporting the development of fundraising strategy and expanding the firm’s investor base
• Preparing and reviewing fundraising materials, including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs and bespoke investor presentations
  
  Coordinating investor due diligence processes, including data rooms and responses to investor requests
• Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and pipeline activity
• Supporting the delivery of investor events, annual meetings and advisory board meetings
• Mentoring junior members of the Investor Relations team and contributing to the ongoing development of the function

• Experience with in private equity investor relations, fundraising or placement advisory, with direct LP-facing responsibilities
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, fundraising processes and portfolio reporting
• Experience engaging with institutional investors, ideally across the European market
• Exposure to preparing or reviewing fundraising materials, including PPMs, DDQs, pitch decks and investor reports
• Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A willingness to contribute across all aspects of the Investor Relations function, regardless of seniority
• Fluency in English;
  Dutch language skills are advantageous but not essential
