Je werkt zelfstandig aan afwisselende opdrachten in bouw, infra, energie of vastgoed en krijgt toegang tot een coachingbudget van 1.000 euro en een opleidingsbudget van 1.500 per jaar via de Kayak Academy, zodat je blijft groeien.
