Financial Manager, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance
Our client, a leading international PE-backed Manufacturing business, is currently searching for a Supply Chain Finance Senior Manager to lead cost variance analysis across its supply chain, for a period of 18 months to 2 years. This role is based in Amsterdam and will require 3 days per week in the office.
You will be responsible for cost variance analysis across material, conversion and logistics cost, working closely with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to explain movements and flag risks and opportunities, while maintaining visibility across both the corporate and regional P&Ls for the Supply function. You will be used to liaising with senior stakeholders, including at Board level, translating detailed cost and performance data into clear, well structured reporting.
You will also work with Commercial Finance and FP&A colleagues to understand the wider P&L impact of pricing, promotions and mix, and support the monthly and quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles for Supply Chain.
The right person will be a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar), with a blend of FP&A, commercial finance and supply chain finance experience, ideally from an FMCG or manufacturing background. Strong variance analysis skills matter more than a specific job title, and comfort working across corporate and regional numbers, translating detail for senior stakeholders, will serve you well here.
Given the pace of change at the business, some comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to build process as you go will go a long way.
The role is offering €110,000 – €140,000 per annum, including holiday pay.
