Financial Controller Northern Europe

In this role, you will help ensure a strong financial foundation for our Northern Europe region, while growing your own career in a business that combines purpose with entrepreneurship.

As Financial Controller for Northern Europe, your main focus will be on our Be Ne Lux  entities. You will be responsible for the month‑end close process, working closely with the accounting assistants who prepare most journal entries. You will take ownership of the more complex analyses yourself and work in close partnership with Business Control and local teams.

• Prepare local statutory financial statements across the Northern Europe region
• Support both local and group audit processes
• Oversee tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax and VAT
• Support a broad range of Financial Control topics across the region
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Financial Control
• Work closely with colleagues across departments and local markets
• Perform analytical reviews of the P&L and balance sheet
• Investigate variances and validate financial results
• Resolve ad hoc financial issues with accuracy and ownership
• Translate financial insights into meaningful input for monthly and quarterly reporting and business review
