Daarnaast analyseer je salarisgegevens, optimaliseer payrollprocessen en onderhoud je contacten met Belastingdienst, UWV en pensioenuitvoerders. Je werkt met systemen als BCS Polaris en Dyflexis en draagt bij aan digitalisering en compliance.
