Intern, Health Economics Fund

EQT is looking for an Investment Intern to join their Health Economics Fund team in Amsterdam. This six-month internship offers a chance to dive into medtech investing and contribute to impactful healthcare innovations. Interns will work closely with investment professionals, gaining hands-on experience in assessing investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.

• Screen and assess new investment opportunities in medical technology.
• Contribute to due diligence on prospective investments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals on live transactions.

• Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, clinical sciences, medicine, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with the medtech or life sciences investment landscape.
• Background or interest in medical devices, diagnostics, or regulatory pathways.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience beyond undergraduate studies.
• Experience reading and analyzing clinical or scientific literature.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
