Global Private Bank - Advisor Analyst Training Program

This individualized attention supports our clients' unique goals and helps build, preserve and manage their wealth over time.

As an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you willwork with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks.

For the entirety of the Advisor Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. You'll have what you need to succeed - from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that engage all your skills. You'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move.

After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

• Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage and grow wealth
• Understand our clients' unique needs and tailor your approach to exceed expectations requiring work across teams and the firm to provide first-class service

• An expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027
• Highly driven person who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
• Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Highly inquisitive, focused and considerate
• Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
• Fluency in Dutch may be required

Fluency in Dutch may be required; a second EU language is preferable but not essential.
