• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting
• Contribute to robust, scalable, and insightful reporting of key business unit or department metrics
• Deliver data-driven intelligence to support and advise the FP&A team and business partners
• Provide analytical support and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Improve and optimize existing reporting to meet evolving requests from senior management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the role evolves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 Years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to reconcile multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences
• Self-driven approach with proactive problem-solving
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to understand, work with, and proactively advise business partners
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and an unstructured environment
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion
