Your day to day:

As an Allround Food & Beverage Employee, you’ll bring warmth, professionalism, and personality to every guest experience. You’ll work across all our F&B outlets — including room service, the Manhattan Lounge Bar, restaurant De Japanner Zuid, our lobby shop, and banqueting — ensuring each guest feels welcome and cared for from the first “hello” to the last “thank you.”

Your responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with genuine hospitality

· Providing menu explanations and food or wine recommendations to enhance the guest experience

· Preparing and maintaining the setup of your assigned area — tables, buffets, and service stations

· Transmitting orders to the kitchen accurately and efficiently

· Handling payments and billing, including room charge procedures and cash remittance

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all outlets

· Supporting events and banquets with setup, service, and breakdown tasks

· Coordinating with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service

· Following hygiene and safety procedures (HACCP, Fire Life Safety, Green Engage)

· Being attentive to guest needs, always aiming to exceed expectations

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service is an advantage

· Strong communication skills in English and preferably Dutch; any additional language is a plus

· A true host — guest-oriented, service-minded, and enthusiastic

· Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

· Eye for detail and passion for quality

· Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, festive holidays and weekends
