Jouw Rol in ons Verhaal:

Waarborgen van de veiligheid van gasten, collega's en eigendommen binnen en rondom het hotel.

Operationeel aansturen en ondersteunen van de Security Officer(s) binnen het Security Team.

Toezicht houden via het cameranetwerk en verantwoordelijk zijn voor onder meer sleutelbeheer, brand- en inbraakpreventie, verloren eigendommen en naleving van huisregels.

Snel en doortastend handelen bij veiligheidsincidenten, storingen of noodgevallen, inclusief coördineren van evacuaties.

Samenwerken met diverse afdelingen om een veilige, gastvrije en prettige sfeer te creëren voor iedereen in het hotel.

Wat We Zoeken:

Ervaring in beveiliging en operationele aansturing, bij voorkeur binnen de hospitalitysector.

In het bezit van een diploma Beveiliging (Beveiliger
2), aangevuld met BHV/EHBO-certificaten.

Leiderschapsvaardigheden: je neemt het voortouw in stressvolle situaties en coördineert je team effectief.

Oog voor veiligheid én service, met de flexibiliteit om in verschillende diensten (dag, avond, nacht) te werken.

Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
