At TRIBE Amsterdam City, we do things differently. No classic front desk, but a dynamic Social Hub Area where we welcome, assist, and truly connect with our guests. Our main focus has been on creating unique guest experiences and offering an inspiring place for both travelers and locals.

TRIBE is a design hotel with 194 rooms, located in Amsterdam Noord (Garde du Nord). Here, everything revolves around creativity, connections, and experience. Our Social Hub is the place where guests come together, work, relax, and are surprised by modern design and a laid-back atmosphere.

What will you do?
As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the first point of contact in our Social Hub. You assist guests with check-in and check-out, but more importantly: you create a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere. You provide tips on the city’s best hotspots, have friendly chats with guests, and make sure everyone feels right at home.

This is a cluster position, which means you'll also be working at Mercure Amsterdam North Station, a stunning 110-room boutique hotel located just next door.
