Front Office Receptionist (Part‑time) – Courtyard Amsterdam

Work schedule:

Part‑time, 4 days a week.

• Handle guest arrivals and departures, completing all shift checklists.
• Respond to all guest requests, including concierge services.
• Meet and serve guests from a variety of nationalities each day.
• Provide personal, friendly service to every guest.
• Focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Pay close attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively as a team player.
• Demonstrate flexibility, energy, and a positive attitude.
• Utilize technology and operate with the Opera PMS system.
• Communicate fluently in English and Dutch; a third language is a plus.
• Remain flexible to work night shifts.

• Previous experience working in hotel reception.
• Familiarity with the Opera PMS system.
• Fluent English and Dutch; third language is a plus.
