As a Regional Hotel Operations Manager at Numa, you will:

• Build and Lead Teams: Assemble and manage a dynamic local operations team, overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, and local guest and brand activities.
• Drive Guest Satisfaction: Enhance guest experiences to meet financial targets and improve property positioning.
• Brand Representation: Ensure consistent adherence to numa brand standards across all properties.
• Financial Performance: Actively manage cost performance to achieve financial results.
• Corporate Collaboration: Serve as the local business partner for corporate functions, including brand, marketing, revenue, and real estate.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with external stakeholders and real estate partners.

• Cost Control and Profitability: Achieve efficient cost control for profitable operations.
• Successful Property Launches: Lead the successful opening of new Western European properties.
• Team Development: Develop and motivate a growing team within Western Europe.
• Guest Satisfaction: Attain targeted guest satisfaction scores.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent implementation of the numa branded guest journey.
• Compliance: Establish and maintain legally compliant operations to achieve passing compliance scores.

• Educational Background: Preferably studying in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
• Proven Financial Results: Demonstrated experience in delivering financial results in a hospitality or startup environment.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead small, multi-departmental teams, including remote locations.
• Organizational Skills: Highly structured and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Independence and Precision: Capable of executing tasks independently with high quality and precision, even on short notice.
• Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English; other languages are a plus.
