Guest Relations Intern – Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas About Us

Your Role- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a great first impression
- Support check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist in the Food & Beverage department, enhancing the guest dining experience
- Provide hotel and local area information
- Handle guest requests and contribute to a personalized stay
- Internship compensation of 400€/month
- Accommodation and meals (accommodation on demand and availability. Only if not resided within 50km)
- Worldwide accommodation in many Marriott hotel brands at very attractive employee rates (also for Friends and Family)
- International work experience in a globally recognized hotel
- Hands‑on learning in both Front Office & Food & Beverage departments
- Career development opportunities
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- A student or recent graduate in Hospitality/Tourism
- Fluent in English (Dutch/other languages are a plus)
- Proactive, communicative, and able to multitask
