Night Receptionist (f/m/d) – MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West – Full-Time

Night Receptionist (f/m/d).

Location:

MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West, Full‑time, on site.

• Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for guests.
• Manage the welcome and goodbye process from A to Z.
• Handle check‑ins and check‑outs to ensure the best experience and optimise hotel occupancy.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries via phone and person; provide local attractions, activities and additional services suggestions.
• Take care of operational and administrative tasks such as invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
• Regularly monitor the hotel during the night.
• Work in a team and support occasional tasks in the F & B area (breakfast, dinner, bar).
• Work weekdays and weekends as needed with a flexible schedule.

• Initial experience in hospitality and passion for the field.
• Outgoing personality and ability to thrive in a busy dynamic environment.
• People‑person who enjoys helping others and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Strong team player, ready to assist colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• Knowledge of a front‑office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Fair compensation package plus a 25% night surcharge.
• Work 4 days per week (32 hours).
