Night Receptionist (f/m/d) – MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel – Part-Time

The role is to provide excellent hospitality during night shifts, ensuring a memorable stay for guests and supporting daily operations.

• Act as a host and create a memorable stay for guests.
• Handle welcome and goodbye processes from A to Z.
• Manage check‑ins and check‑outs to optimise guest experience and hotel occupancy.
• Respond to guests’ personal and phone inquiries and provide local attraction advice.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks such as invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks.
• Monitor the hotel during night shifts.
• Support the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar) on an occasional basis.
• Collaborate with team members and assist colleagues with tasks.

• Initial experience in hospitality and passion for the industry.
• Outgoing, people‑oriented personality with a dynamic mindset.
• Team player, ready to help colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• Knowledge of front‑office systems (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work weekdays and weekends, 4 days a week (32 hours).
