Front Desk Agent (Front Office Agent) position at Holiday Inn Express. The role involves greeting guests, managing check‑in/out, maintaining records, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards.

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Ensuring a smooth check‑in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards.
• Maintaining accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
• Carrying out, reviewing, and updating reception procedures as per hotel policy.
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
• Handling complaints in a professional manner.

• Affinity with the hotel industry and experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, proactive, and team‑oriented.
• Willingness to work independently and flexibly in a dynamic environment.
