Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure they feel immediately welcome. You handle check‑ins and check‑outs, answer questions, and create a warm and personal guest experience.

What does the role involve?

As a Front Office Associate, you are the face of the hotel and the first contact for our guests. You provide a warm welcome and guide them throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include guest check‑ins and check‑outs, offering tourist information, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. You’ll also answer phone calls, process reservations, and support the administrative tasks of the Front Office.

You make sure the lobby and reception always look presentable, and you actively contribute to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Together with your colleagues, you strive to give every guest an unforgettable stay and bring forward ideas to improve the team.

Qualifications
  • Flexible to work, including evenings and weekends.
  • Creative in coming up with solutions and you like to provide structure.
  • Good at processing numbers.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Both orally and in writing fluent in English.
  • Experience in a similar position is mandatory.
