Front Office Host - Part-time

During your shift, you are the shining face of the hotel. You take care of everything: checking in guests, helping with the self check-in system, giving the best Amsterdam tips, and effortlessly selling a bike rental or sustainable goodies. You love chatting with guests, making a perfect coffee (or tea), and making sure everyone leaves with a smile. Here, the front desk isn’t the only place you shine – you also froth milk like a pro.

• You are looking for a nice part‑time job;
• Front office host and barista in one – now that’s multitasking with a smile;
• Hospitality is in your DNA – you can sense exactly what a guest needs;
• Ideally, you have experience in (international) hotels or the hospitality industry – to provide the best service for our guests;
• Flexible availability – Including weekends and holidays;
• You speak fluent English and Dutch;
• Preferably, you live in or near Amsterdam;
• You are a team player but also work well independently;
• Experience with complaint handling and knowledge of HACCP is a plus.

• We offer a suitable salary according to the collective labour agreement for hospitality in reference scale 4;
• Travel allowance based on the distance between home and work (min. 15 km);
• A review bonus based on the feedback our guests leave.
