During your Front Office internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and involved in the daily rituals of the reception. You will assist with guest check‑in and check‑out, answer questions, and contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey from arrival to departure.

As a Guest Service Agent Trainee, you will support the Front Office team in delivering five‑star luxury service. You will play an active role in welcoming guests, assisting with complaint handling, and contributing to improved LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide scores.

• For this internship you must be enrolled in a study program for which the internship is a required component

• Internship compensation of €750,- (gross, based on 38 hours per week)
