Night Reception Supervisor (f/m/d) – MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West – Full‑time

Calling all lovely night owls! Are you an avid host who will brighten the nights of our guests at MEININGER Hotels Amsterdam City West?

• Oversee the smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to guests.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain MEININGER quality standards in your area.
• Lead by example a team of night shift receptionists together with your Assistant Hotel Manager.
• Work weekdays, weekends and night shifts in a diverse environment.
• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's vision, mission and values.
• Plan and manage time to meet staffing and operational targets.
• Monitor productivity of the team and provide constructive feedback and coaching as per company policy.
• Use analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Collaborate with fellow supervisors to ensure daily smooth operations of the front office team through motivation, guidance and support.

• Initial experience in hospitality and passion for the industry.
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to help others and create unforgettable experiences for guests.
• Team player ready to help colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• Good knowledge of a front office system (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
