• Lifestyle Liaison:
  Recommending and arranging exclusive experiences and services for guests

• An experienced professional in guest service, preferably in the hotel butler service (with equal candidates, the preference goes to a female candidate)
• Excellent planning and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude
• Proficient in multitasking, even in busy situations
• Knowledge of guest service systems and hotel software is a plus
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail
• Immaculate grooming standards and very discreet and able to deal with highly confidential information
• Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Familiarity with different cultures and languages
