NH Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam zoekt een Front Office Stagiair. Je bent het visitekaartje, voert na inwerkperiode zelfstandig in- en uitchecken uit en verzorgt alle administratieve handelingen om een Front Office succesvol te managen.
Je onderhoudt contact met gasten en deelt relevante informatie. Daarnaast leer je upselling en klachtenafhandeling, met focus op Nederlandse en Engelse taalvaardigheid en samenwerking met internationale gasten.
