Conscious Hotels Utrecht is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the front office and breakfast team on the floor, while collaborating with the Operations Manager to elevate daily service.
You’ll coach colleagues, handle guest questions, maintain stock, and uphold hygiene and safety standards. This role requires leadership, English fluency, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, four days a week.
