F&B Supervisor (f/m/d) (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner / Bar)
MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West – Full-time
Are you a people person who wants to create and share memorable experiences with our guests?
YOUR TASKS- Smooth organization of service shifts for the breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar sections
- Hire, train and coach team members
- Controlling of breakfast list and payment checks
- Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours
- Preparations for next shift and day / Mise en Place
- Seek to increase revenue in all subdepartments (breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar) – in good collaboration with the A(HM)
- Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to change your schedule
- Follow training to keep up to date with latest developments
- Product range development
- Perform monthly inventory stock control independently
- 1 to 3 years experience in the tourism / F&B / hospitality industry
- Fluent in English, local language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High service orientation
- Efficient and structured way of working
- Independent and flexible
