Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam is a modern and stylish hotel located in one of Amsterdam’s most vibrant areas, right next to the Museum Quarter and close to Vondelpark. The hotel offers a contemporary look with a lively, international atmosphere, welcoming both leisure and business guests. The team works closely together in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and guest experience.

Thanks to its hands-on approach, team members support each other across departments to create a warm, personal, and memorable stay for every guest.

A compensation of €750 gross per month for all your hard work.

Free online & offline training organized by our own Minor Hotels University Northern Europe.

This is one of the most well-rounded internships you can imagine. You are involved everywhere in the hotel and quickly get to know both our guests and your colleagues. You are the main point of contact for our guests, especially our VIP guests, and for event contacts, making sure every interaction feels personal and welcoming.

You act as an important link between departments, always looking for creative ways to surprise and delight our guests. You actively contribute ideas, improve daily processes, ensure all areas look their best, and help deliver an extraordinary guest experience. In addition, you give hotel tours, handle guest feedback and complaints, and proudly share your knowledge of the hotel and the city.
