Hotel Arena in Amsterdam zoekt een Front Office Manager die met energie en overzicht de Front Office aanstuurt en het visitekaartje van het hotel wordt. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, coacht het team en bewaakt de servicekwaliteit.
Je werkt nauw samen met Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, Events en Maintenance en zorgt dat het proces soepeltjes verloopt, ook bij afwijkingen. De rol vraagt een gastvrije, hands-on leider met binding met de stad.
