Your role in the journey
Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you'll  oversee daily operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience  at the heart of Krasnapolsky. Your responsibilities will be:

Always ensure consistency in LQA standards

Build strong relationships with regular guests

Guarantee seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction

Identify areas for improvement and implement creative solutions

Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control

Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality (luxury segment preferred)

Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor your team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
