We are currently seeking a  Senior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor  to join our vibrant team. At the  Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center , we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

In your role as Sentior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor, you will:

Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, where all aspects of the guest conference and M&E service experience are delivered to the highest levels (set-up and turn-down of meeting rooms);

Work as part of the Food & Beverage department;

Support the M&E Operations Manager where needed;

Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries;

Deliver on plans and objectives where banqueting initiatives & hotel targets are achieved;

Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders;

Have an excellent eye for details.

Qualifications

Experience in banquets;

Strong supervisory skills with a hands‑on approach and lead‑by‑example work style;

Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry;

Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem‑solving capabilities offering support where required;

Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy;

Strong interpersonal skills and great communication skills.
