Requirements

Experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, client success, travel operations, or facilitation

Proficiency with data, tools, and technology (Asana, Airtable, CRM platforms)

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational instincts

Clear and warm communication skills, both in writing and verbally

Excellent judgment and discretion with UHNW principals and sensitive information
