nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-meter-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking an enthusiastic Room Service Employee with a magnetic personality who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel.

Nhow Amsterdam RAI is a hotel with 650 rooms and more than 200 colleagues from 40 nationalities.

Free online & offline training organized by our own Minor Hotels University Northern Europe;

End-of-year bonus (up to 100% of monthly gross salary) & refer-a-friend bonus (500 EUR);

Employee rates differing from 36 euros in all our hotels worldwide, a 30% discount in the F&B outlets, and Friends & Family discount up to 25%. Various discounts in (web) shops.

Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to 30 km distance from work each way;

Salary based on your experience, as per Horeca CLAscale 3, ranging between €2.468 – €2.582.

As a Room Service Employee, you will be working evening shifts from 15:00 – 23:00. Your responsibilities include:

Taking food & beverage orders via telephone

Delivering orders to guest rooms and the bar

Supporting the bar and banqueting departments during quieter moments

Ensuring smooth food service out of the kitchen

Working independently in room service, alongside 1-2 evening chefs and other evening colleagues

You have experience working in a food & beverages department in a hotel for at least 6 months prior to this job;

Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. You love to give guests a stunning first impression of nhow Amsterdam RAI;

You have worked independently before;

You are enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, results-driven, and stress-resilient;

You have a good command of the English language;
Dutch is an advantage.
