As a Breakfast Employee (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the restaurant and banqueting. You enjoy your role as an authentic host and you feel comfortable in engaging with our national and international guests.

• Free online & offline training organized by our own Minor Hotels University Northern Europe.

06:45 You arrive, with a cup of coffee, in the breakfast pantry for the handover with the morning shift and supervisor.
07:00 You welcome all guests with a smile and offer a cup of coffee where possible.
08:15 During the rush hour one of the regular guests arrives,inform the kitchen ahead to make his favorite omelet.
09:30 The breakfast peak is mostlydone,and you start on the miseenplace for breakfast for tomorrow.
10:30 All guests have left the breakfast restaurant and together with your colleagues you preparelunchfor the Meeting and Event groups.
11:00 Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
12:00 The first guests arrive for the Meeting & Eventlunch,and you serve the soup for the first group.
14:00 The Meeting and Events lunch isover,and you and your colleagues prepare everything for breakfast for the next morning.
14:45 The late shift hasarrived,and youwill attendthe handover.
15:00 Go home!

You are a hard worker with an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situation;

You have a passion for food and beverage.

Experience as waiter in a restaurant or in the hospitality industry and a relevant education are useful, but not the most important for us;

You have a good command of the English language;
Dutch is an advantage;

You love to share your passion and knowledgeforfood andbeveragewith our guests and colleagues.
