Novotel Amsterdam City, part of Accor, is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee guest experience and daily operations in a busy 4-star setting in Amsterdam.
You will work morning or evening shifts (07:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00), respond to reviews and complaints, lead with a service mindset, and coordinate with department heads to improve processes. English proficiency required;
Dutch preferred.
