Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine – Main Kitchen & Banqueting to lead the central kitchen and banqueting operations. You will oversee stocks, sauces, mise en place and ensure service quality across outlets and events in Amsterdam.
You will work with the Executive Chef and F&B teams to maintain high standards, manage costs, and drive menus and staff development in a busy hospitality environment.
