What You’ll Do     Drive the revenue strategy, budget, and forecasting for 3 properties.
Set smart pricing strategies and optimize the business mix across sales channels.
Analyze demand trends to capture every possible revenue opportunity.
Spot risks and opportunities early, teaming up with local leaders to build quick action plans.
Join key sales, triangle, and revenue management meetings to keep team goals aligned.
Maintain a clear helicopter view of property performance using modern reporting tools.
Share knowledge and support your team members along the way.
What You’ll Have     You bring 2+ years of experience as a Revenue Manager.
You hold a bachelor's degree, ideally in econometrics, hotel management, or tourism.
You bring top-notch analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills (experience with Power BI is a plus).
You have hands-on experience with property management systems, with MEWS and FLYR knowledge as a bonus.
You are fluent in English, and speaking Dutch gives you an extra edge.
You bring a proactive, can-do attitude, taking full ownership of your work while challenging the status quo.
