Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam seeks a Front Office Manager (f/m/d) to lead the Front Office team with full professional and disciplinary responsibility, ensuring high performance and consistent service standards.
You will be the main guest contact, oversee concierge duties and administrative matters, coach the team, monitor quality and upselling, and contribute to the hotel management team. Fluency in English is important;
Dutch is a plus.
