About the Role

As our Hospitality Host, you are the face of Barbie:the Dream Experience. You’ll guide guests through the space, offer information, ensure a smooth visitor flow, and most importantly — contribute to a warm, inspiring and unforgettable atmosphere.

Who you are:

• You have a genuine love and ability to talk and engage with people of all ages and backgrounds.
• You are a team player with excellent verbal communication (English required, Dutch preferred, other languages like French, Italian and German are a plus).
• You are organized and structured with attention to detail.
• You have a high energy, self-managing, and self-starter personality.
• You possess a customer-driven mentality, are fast thinking and have strong problem solving skills.
• You are kind, have strong work ethics and are always on time.
