We are looking for someone to join our Junior Front Office manager,

A little about the role

The Junior Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in the daily operation of the department, ensuring a smooth operation and excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support the Front Office team during daily operations.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor arrivals, departures, room availability and special requests.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
Support team training, coaching and development.
Ensure YOTEL standards and procedures are followed.
Act as Duty Manager when required.
Support the Front Office Manager with daily administration and operational tasks.

Profile:

A hands-on, positive and guest-focused team leader with Front Office experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
