Mercure Amsterdam City zoekt een hands-on en inspirerende Food & Beverage Manager die de F&B-operatie leidt en een sleutelrol speelt binnen het Management Team van het hotel.
Je overziet restaurants, bar, terras en vergaderfaciliteiten en zorgt voor vlekkeloze operationele processen en uitstekende gasttevredenheid. Je leidt drie F&B Supervisors, een Executive Chef en twee Sous Chefs, en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingshoofden.
