Train More in Amsterdam is seeking an Hospitality Manager to lead the Host team, welcome visitors warmly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for members. You will handle guest requests and drive customer satisfaction across outlets, primarily in-person, while supporting the Club Manager in daily operations.
You will coach the Host team on hospitality, oversee personnel, hygiene, safety, and service quality, and actively contribute to building a strong community within the club.
